Hi! I’m Aviral.

For as long as I can remember, my driving passion has been learning for its own sake. The Sunchaser you see today began as a private digital notebook, an attempt to distill lessons from the books, podcasts, and papers I was consuming. Over time, that desire to simply learn evolved into a call to share those lessons and apply them to practical life. I believe in “Good Work”, where the act of creation is valuable in itself. Sunchaser is my Good Work.

For years, however, I grappled with a sense of professional doubt. I am trained in business strategy, with an MBA from IIM Ahmedabad. But I always thought of business as common sense in a nice suit, not a “real” trade like medicine or engineering. After all, have you ever heard anyone shout, “Is there an MBA on this plane?!”

Then, I had a realisation. The way I break down problems, structure information, and build frameworks is a specific skill. It is the unique conditioning of my trade. A doctor, an artist, and I can all read the same book, but we will extract fundamentally different, valuable lessons.

My expertise is not in being the world’s foremost authority on every topic. My expertise is in deconstruction and translation – in applying a strategist’s lens to any domain, getting to the fundamentals, and building actionable frameworks for other people who think like me.

Sunchaser is my commitment to that trade.
